Commercial Office Makegood

Brian Dowling Commercial
April 2015
Makegood of Clarence Street office space. QVS was briefed to restore the premises to as-good-as-new condition. QVS was briefed on all makegood requirements, including the removal of all partitions and furnishings, reinstatement of floors and ceilings to original condition, wall repair and repainting, removal of signage and redundant cabling, and, finally, a general clean.
Makegood of offices, including the following: all necessary OH&S training; removal of all partitions and furnishings; reinstatement of all flooring (originally a steam cleaning, but the client was advised that this would not be sufficient to bring the carpeting to an acceptable standard, so the carpet tiles were replaced); removal and disposal of old carpeting; repair of all damaged walls; repainting of premises in Dulux Vivid White, satin finish; replacement of non-functional fluorescent lighting tubes, making sure that all lighting is uniform; replacement of egg grate light diffuser; removal of all front door signage; removal of all electrical, telephone, and computer cabling that did not serve the perimeter of the office.
