Based in the prestigious Cliveden House, this 50m2 fit-out mixes modern features with Heritage elements of the building.
Designed by Glasgow Hart, features include a marble bathroom, timber veneer joinery finishes and Autex acoustic wall panels. The original ceiling height was a very low 2.4m high to concealed old services and pipework. After some investigation, QVS was able to rearrange and where possible decommission services to lift the ceiling height to 3.6m and make the new AC ductwork a feature running through the frameless glass partitioning.
