The run multiple managed funds for retail and institutional clients
Coolabah Capital choose a premium building in No. 1 Bligh St to reflect their premium brand. They needed a front of house waiting area, staff breakout and workstation space and multiple light filled window facing meeting rooms. DCI partnerships were again selected as our Architect of choice to design a cost effective innovative workspace.
Working in a Class A building also presented its challenges. QVS had to rely on the organisational skills of its senior construction manager Mr Adrian Whatmore to ensure the job ran smoothly in relation to building managements tight access controls to risers, goods lift and the loading dock. Noise constraints in this building (no noisy works between 7am and 6pm) also meant QVS had to rely in its ability of staff and contractors to work flexible hours. With the can do positive attitude that sits as one of QVS's core values this was not an issue.
