Legacy Law

50 SQM FITOUT
Legacy Law recently purchased some office space in 5 Hunter St Sydney. The Space had a beautician as a tenant and as such had many small dark rooms with no natural light to the majority of the tenancy.

DCI Partnerships designed a space that QVS could bring to life that incorporated lots of glass to allow the natural light to permeate all the way through to the entry doors.

QVS gave legacy some versatility at the front of house area by suggesting a sliding door system to the boardroom to allow the space to open up when it was not being used as a boardroom.

A set plaster ceiling and timber-look engineered floor system raised the perceived quality of the space suitable for the caliber and professionalism of Legacys Laws reputation and client base.

The client also requested a toilet and shower to be installed within the space. Logistically this had to be tucked away next to the core area so as to not reduce light dissipation and to be close to the buildings hydraulic risers to minimise costs. The strata and slab type prevented conventional core holes for a gravity fed waste system so QVS engineered a pumpout system so that we did not need to penetrate the underslab, create a bylaw or disturb the tennants underneath. This solution greatly outweighed the relatively small increases in cost.

Further to this DCI Partnership came up with an ingenious design of wall trims to hide the door to the shower area as it sat directly in the client waiting area.
