The Client had a limited budget for their warehouse relocation and fitout.
After having detailed value engineering discussions with Eric from QVS, the client agreed that it was better to spend money on the physical permanent structures rather than on the fixtures and fittings.
This way the bones of the job will last the test of time and as the company can afford it, items such as the workstations tables and chairs can be upgraded.
QVS sourced much of the furnishings from IKEA at very reasonable price.
The end result is an amazing practical space that the client loves and can grow into.
