QVS was briefed to thoroughly update and modernise the premises. The client wanted window and in-store displays that would show You & Eye Optical’s stylish products in the best possible light. The client also wanted to have the glasses displayed as if they were suspended in mid-air - for this we came up with a mechanism to mount the glasses onto a Perspex rod - QVS was also briefed to redesign and re-outfit the reception area, exam room, and kitchenette.
The Client, sublet part of the tenancy to Connect Hearing consultancy. The room was too close to the plant room which generated too much noise to accurately conduct hearing tests, so to resolved this problem we built a soundproof space using Wavebar mats, sound-check plasterboard, air cavities and Raven door seals. They are now peacefully doing what they do best!
